With over 50 contractors and a 5,000 sq ft warehouse holding $125k in inventory, we are well-equipped to handle any project, big or small. We renovate an average of 30+ homes per month, and we source our materials directly from wholesale manufacturers to reduce costs.

It starts with your request for a bid. Our team then schedules a site visit, completes a quote and submits it to you for review. Once approved, we coordinate with you to begin work and keep you informed on timing and completion. Together, your agent and contractor communicate throughout the project until it is finished to your satisfaction.

    Request a quote

    Use the form or call us. Within 1 to 3 business days your on-site assessment is scheduled and completed.

    On-site assessment

    We walk the job taking photos and measurements, and work with you (or your agent) to pin down the scope.

  3. 3

    Itemized, fixed-price bid

    You get a line-by-line quote at a fixed price. If the scope changes, we send a written change order first.

  4. 4

    Scheduling & completion

    Our crew arrives in a stocked box truck with the materials and tools your job needs, and we keep you updated to the finish.

Rick Massey

Senior Project Manager & Business Development

Rick brings decades of hands-on experience in construction, facilities management and project leadership, including multi-million-dollar renovation projects from concept through completion. He has led maintenance teams as a Director of Maintenance and served as a Facility Manager for large hospital systems. A master-certified plumber, Rick handles estimating and project planning for everything from capital improvements to ground-up remodels.

Rich co-founded Reliabuilt Excavation with Clay and focuses on bringing projects to life through excavation, land clearing, site preparation, drainage and demolition. He enjoys working with customers to understand their vision and find the best approach, and he takes pride in getting behind the equipment and getting the job done. Away from the job site he is a husband, dad and proud Poppy.

Marketing and Operations Coordinator

Marie keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes at Reliabuilt, supporting the team with office management, marketing, communication and daily operations. She has been part of the Reliabuilt family since January 2024. Outside of work, Marie loves lake life, boating, travel and time with family and the family dogs.
