Reliabuilt Excavation is the sitework arm of Reliabuilt Contracting. We own and run our own mini excavator and track loader, so excavation is not subcontracted out and scheduled around someone else's calendar. The same team that digs your footings can frame and finish the addition that sits on them.
Every dig starts with a site visit. We mark out the work, have underground utilities located before we break ground, and send an itemized, fixed-price bid that covers the dig, haul-off and backfill.

Use the form or call us. Within 1 to 3 business days your on-site assessment is scheduled and completed.

On-site assessment
We walk the job taking photos and measurements, and work with you (or your agent) to pin down the scope.

Itemized, fixed-price bid
You get a line-by-line quote at a fixed price. If the scope changes, we send a written change order first.

Scheduling & completion
Our crew arrives in a stocked box truck with the materials and tools your job needs, and we keep you updated to the finish.

Yes. Underground utilities are located before we dig, on every job.
Can you dig for an addition and build it too?
Yes. Excavation, foundation, framing and finish can all be one job with one itemized bid.
