Site Prep & Grading in Louisville
A level, well-drained site is what makes everything built on it last. We prepare it with our own equipment.
Before an addition, garage, shed, patio or driveway goes in, the ground has to be cleared, leveled and graded so water runs away from the structure, not toward it.
Reliabuilt Excavation handles the whole prep: removing what is in the way, cutting and filling to grade, compacting, and setting gravel bases and pads, then hand off to our own crew for the build or to yours.

We walk the job taking photos and measurements, and work with you (or your agent) to pin down the scope.

You get a line-by-line quote at a fixed price. If the scope changes, we send a written change order first.

Scheduling & completion
Our crew arrives in a stocked box truck with the materials and tools your job needs, and we keep you updated to the finish.
Common questions
Can grading fix water pooling near my foundation?
Often, yes. Regrading so the ground slopes away from the house is one of the first fixes we look at. See also our waterproofing page.
Do you install gravel driveways and pads?
We prepare and set gravel bases for driveways, sheds and pads. Ask for a quote with the size you have in mind.
